Self-Care Isn’t Selfish - Sticker

I’m not sure if you have ever experienced burnout but it is not fun. Trust me. I’ve been there more than once. Somehow I got it into my mind that being a Christian meant sacrificing everything for the sake of others. I was terrible at saying ‘no’ and any time that my schedule filled up, taking care of myself was the first thing to go but it didn’t work out. Now that I’m a mum, I am finally realizing that you can’t expect to take care of others well if you cannot take care of yourself. I made this sticker as a reminder that self-care isn’t selfish. Place this sticker somewhere you will be reminded each day to take some time to do something that fills your soul.
